Delft Works is an independent software practice. We take on a limited number of projects and stay involved long enough to see them settle into everyday use.
Our work sits at the intersection of application development and operations. We like projects where the software and the environment it runs in are designed together: a clear deployment path, useful logs, honest monitoring, and a recovery plan that has actually been tested.
We prefer small teams, direct communication, and systems that can be explained on a single page. That usually means fewer moving parts, not more.
